ABC Bank

Founded in 1980, Arab Banking Corporation (also called Bank ABC) is an international bank with headquarters in the Diplomatic Area of Manama, Bahrain. The bank actively covers 25 markets with solid presence in 15 countries and financial centers from New York, London and Singapore to São Paulo, Manama, DIFC, Cairo, and Amman. Bank ABC offers a range of services including trade finance, treasury, project and structured finance, syndication, corporate and institutional banking, as well as Islamic banking. 3.7% of ABC Bank assets have been owned by LTP since 2010.
Bank AL Etihad

Established in 1978 as a public joint stock company, Bank Al Etihad has a paid-up capital of 110 million Jordanian dinars, a capital base of 250 million dinars, and the current capital adequacy ratio is 15.86%. The bank was able to achieve growth and become the third-largest bank in Jordan by assets. It offers a growing network of 53 branches and 125 ATMs widespread across the Kingdom. By 2016, LTP acquired 20% of the bank's assets.
Etihad Islamic Investment Company

Established in 2016 by Bank Al Etihad, Etihad Islamic Investment Company was primarily founded to acquire a controlling stake (62.4%) in Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank (Safwa Islamic Bank). By 2016, 42% of the company’s assets were owned by Long Term Investment Portfolio (LTP).
