World Trade Center Company
Egypt
The company was established as a joint venture with the Arab International Bank in Cairo in 1991 and owns a commercial administrative hotel building comprising three towers, overlooking the Nile. A management and operation agreement for the hotel was signed with Rixos Company in 2017.
STC Tourism and Conferences Company
Tunisia
Established in 1981 and acquired by Libyan African Investment Company (LAICO) company in 2008, the company fully owns Laico Tunisia Hotel, which has 305 rooms. LTP acquired 32.3 % of STC Tourism and Conferences Company’s assets in 2019.
Libya Tower Project - Corinthia Hotel
Sudan
The project was built with 50 % of its shares for LAFICO and the other 50 % for LTP. The hotel was opened in 2008 in Khartoum-Sudan and includes a commercial hotel complex and a conference hall.
Iskan for Hotels & Touristic Investments Co.
Jordan
Established in Amman in 1997, the company owns a commercial building consisting of 18 floors in unique form and a hotel with 430 rooms in addition to the first and biggest convention center in Jordan. A management and operation agreement for the hotel was signed with Accor International in 2017 to become Sofitel Amman.

Established in 2023, Zumurrud Libya for Real Estate Investment was founded with an ambitious vision to develop the real estate sector in Libya. Through a strategic partnership between Long-term investment portfolio LTP and Libyan investment and development company LIDCO , the company aims to provide innovative real estate solutions that meet the needs of investors and contribute to building a more prosperous future for Libya. One of the most important properties managed by the company is Zumurrud Mall, which spans a vast area in the heart of Tripoli.
