Located in Paris, Financière C.E.R building consists of 6 floors that house a branch of French FNAC retail chain company specializing in the sale of entertainment media and consumer electronics. The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) has classified Financière C.E.R as Holding company activities. The building was 100% acquired by Long Term Investment Portfolio (LTP) in 1992.

Sabtina Ltd. was established in the United Kingdom in 1984 as a trading subsidiary of Lafitrade, owned by (LAFICO) with a capital of £100,000. By a decision of the Board of Directors of Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) on March 8, 2000, the ownership of the company's shares was transferred to Long Term Investment Portfolio (LTP) with a capital of £1,000,000. The activities of the company were defined as managing the real estate investments of LTP in the United Kingdom and European Union countries. Since 2000, Sabtina ltd. has been managing the properties owned by LTP including Jardin House, Queen’s Gate Terrace, Oakwood Mansions, Red Lion Building, and Regency Court.

An office block in the heart of London’s financial district, Jardine House consists of a basement and 8 floors with a total office space of 33,205 square meters. The building was constructed in 1988, and Long Term Investment Portfolio acquired the property in 1989.
Queen’s Gate Terrace

The property was transferred to Long Term Investment Portfolio through a sale contract between the Libyan Foreign Investment Company and the Treasury Ministry previously in 1988. Constructed in 1922, the property comprises a residential building located in London with 5 floors containing 9 different-sized residential apartments.

Constructed in 1988, the property was transferred to Long Term Investment Portfolio through a sale contract between the Libyan Foreign Investment Company and the Treasury Ministry previously in 1988. The building is located in London and consists of a three-story residential building, with each floor containing 1 luxurious apartment of 250 m2.
Red Lion Building

The premises occupy a prime position on the east side of Upper Street, just 300m from Angel Underground Station and directly opposite the Business Design Centre. Consisting of three floors, this property was built in 1899 and was purchased at the request of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Libyan Embassy in 1998.

Located in Milton Keynes, London, the building comprises 12 offices, with each office occupying three floors with an area of approximately 7800 square meters. The property is fully leased, with one of the offices serving as the official headquarters of Sabtina Company.
