Signing of the Rixos & Rixos Living Project Agreement as Part of LTP’s Cairo Real Estate Strategy
As part of its long-term investment strategy aimed at strengthening strategic assets and achieving sustainable growth, the Long-Term Investment Portfolio (LTP) announced the signing of the Rixos & Rixos Living project agreement by the Cairo World Trade Center, one of its subsidiaries. This milestone represents a key step in advancing LTP’s real estate portfolio in the city of Cairo.
The project forms part of an ambitious redevelopment vision to reposition the Cairo World Trade Center as a fully integrated urban destination on the Nile Corniche, combining luxury hospitality, serviced residential living, and integrated retail, dining, and business spaces, in line with the highest international development standards.

The Rixos & Rixos Living development will include:
- A luxury Rixos Hotel
- Rixos Living serviced residential units
- Integrated retail, dining, and business spaces
The project comprises more than 364 units, with phased openings scheduled to commence in 2027, supporting annual revenue growth and enhancing the long-term financial performance of the Long-Term Investment Portfolio.
